- Design, develop, and implement scalable and secure data architecture solutions using Azure Databricks and Azure Data Factory.
 - Lead end-to-end data architecture strategies for insurance clients, with a strong focus on Guidewire platforms (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter).
 - Engage directly with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data architecture solutions.
 - Lead and manage data transformation and modernization programs across the insurance value chain.
 - Provide architectural oversight and mentorship to development teams working on Azure cloud-based solutions.
 - Collaborate with enterprise architects, data engineers, and BI developers to ensure architectural alignment.
 - Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies.
 
- 10+ years of overall experience in data architecture, with at least 3+ years in Azure cloud platforms.
 - 3+ years hands-on experience in Databricks and ADF, with strong proficiency in building ETL/ELT pipelines.
 - Deep understanding of insurance business processes, especially:
 
- Consulting background with firms such as Accenture, Deloitte, or Capgemini (preferred or required).
 - Excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
 
- Azure Synapse, Delta Lake, Power BI, and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2.
 - Understanding of data governance frameworks and tools like Azure Purview.
 - Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
 - Industry certifications in Azure or Databricks are a plus
