- Scheduling and creating maintenance blocks for short-term reinspects, tire pressure checks, oil quantity checks, service checks, and required maintenance actions.
 
- Scheduling of maintenance actions during the active flying day must be done in a way that is least impactful to the schedule integrity and not overly burdensome to the location
 - Create timely and accurate documentation of maintenance requirements on Maintenance Line Request Form and distribute to maintenance locations
 - Look for low-risk opportunities to schedule and work deferred maintenance items on the line
 - Monitor the operation via the flow board for timely compliance of scheduled Maintenance actions assigned on the Maintenance Line Request Form
 - Management of maintenance blocks on the Flite Trac flow board
 - Communicate with bases and line locations of change in plans
 - Authorize aircraft swaps based on time remaining and special requirements
 
- Pull down and reapply MX blocks as required
 - Communicate with Production control and help develop alternate work scopes for aircraft involved in swaps
 - Support and advise OCC and Maintenance Control regarding aircraft maintenance inspection program task time remaining status
 - Assist maintenance control with maintenance road trip logistics; travel/lodging/rental car arrangements
 
- This position is on-site with no remote work available, candidate must live in or be willing to relocate to St. George, UT or Salt Lake City, UT
 - 2 years of college credits or equivalent industry experience
 - Minimum 1-year experience in the airline industry preferably with maintenance planning or operations center experience
 - Proficient using Microsoft applications
 - Ability to work weekends and shift work as required
 - High degree of attention to detail
 - Pay is $15.50/hr plus a $3.00 override ($18.50/hr total)
