Additional responsibilities may include advising master's and doctoral students and providing service to the Department, College, University, and professional organizations or other external agencies.Required QualificationsIn addition to an earned doctorate in Educational Psychology, Quantitative Methods, or a closely related field prior to the appointment start date (Fall 2025), candidates are required to establish evidence or promise of of:effective teaching of undergraduate and/or graduate students in the area of their earned doctorate;commitment to mentoring both undergraduate and graduate students;willingness to develop courses and teach in online environments;commitment to working effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds;commitment to collegiality and collaboration; andcommitment to diversity and equity-related initiatives.This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
