No Phone Customer Service (Remote / No Experience / Part Time)
Are you a people person with great typing skills? We’re looking for enthusiastic Chat Support Assistants to provide exceptional customer support through live chat. This role involves communicating directly with customers on business websites and social media platforms, helping them with inquiries, providing product details, and resolving issues.
No experience? No problem! Comprehensive training is provided to equip you with the skills needed to excel in this role.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
Proficiency in English.
Basic familiarity with social media platforms, especially Facebook.
A reliable and self-motivated individual capable of working independently.
Skills/Background:
Beginner-friendly role; full training provided.
Strong communication and typing skills.
