Entry Level Bookkeeper
About the position
Trillium TN, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to join their team as an entry-level bookkeeper. This full-time position is based in Sevierville, TN, and involves working in-house with no remote work options. The role is ideal for a team player who is dependable, responsible, and eager to learn, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail in bookkeeping tasks.
Responsibilities
- Data entry of information provided by clients into a double entry accounting system ,
- Preparation of bank reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts ,
- Preparation of payrolls ,
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll tax filings and payments on the State and Federal levels ,
- Preparation of various State and Local taxes ,
- Preparation of financial reports ,
- Ability to multi-task ,
- Efficiently and effectively communicate with staff and clients ,
- Various office-related duties including filing paperwork, answering multi-line phone, setting up appointments, scanning, faxing, copying, and cleaning.
Requirements
