Responsibilities
Provide front-line support to department/division staff.

Resolve hardware and software related issues on department or division specific systems.

Maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, peripherals, and other related equipment.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED with some college level coursework or technical training in a computer technology area.

3 years of experience with systems and software support, and/or service desk experience with a variety of operating systems, software, hardware, applications, peripherals and problem resolution.

Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
Nice-to-haves
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Proficient in computer operating systems, software applications, mobile devices, and peripherals.

Experience in system administration and user management.

Familiar with O365 applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.

Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and task management.
