About the Role:

Victory Building Services is looking for a highly organized and responsive Unit Turn Cleaning Scheduler to coordinate apartment turn cleanings. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact between our operations team and property managers—ensuring cleaning crews are scheduled efficiently and jobs are completed on time.

This is a fully remote position managed via email and phone. The workload is highly variable: some days will involve a high volume of turn requests and communication, while others may be minimal. We operate 7 days a week, including weekends, so availability every day—primarily during business hours during the week and morning hours on weekends—is required. You must be able to respond quickly to any time-sensitive requests, updates, or issues from clients.

This is a new position for us. And so currently we are staffing it as a 1099 position and it may grow into a Part-Time, and potentially Full-Time, position down the road.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule unit turn cleanings based on move-out/move-in dates
  • Communicate daily with property managers, vendors, and cleaning teams
  • Track job progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Update scheduling system and respond promptly to changes or urgent requests
  • Monitor quality control and resolve any scheduling conflicts

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)
  • Proficiency with excel and Microsoft office
  • Experience in scheduling within cleaning industry a plus

Compensation + Benefits:

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. We’re open to discussing different compensation models, but due to the variable nature of the workload, we believe a pay-per-turn structure is the most practical and fair approach.
