Experienced Telemarkerter in Commerical Janitorial NEEDED*
Maintenance of Houston Inc., a leading provider of commercial cleaning solutions, is seeking an experienced Telemarketer in janitorial to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to a list of prospects provided by the Employer to set quality appointments.
• Initiate conversation by promoting and creating interest in services.
• Have product / service knowledge. Communicate benefits and value to potential customers.
• Learn a scripted presentation to ensure a consistent message and adherence to marketing strategies.
• Objection handling-skilled at addressing concerns, overcoming objections, and maintaining a positive conversation.
• Responsible for accurately recording and updating prospects and customer information in the CRM system. This will help track leads, trends, and facilitate future marketing efforts.
• Meeting or exceeding performance metrics and sales targets.
• Keeping track of contacts as well as those who don’t want to be contacted in the future.
• Follow up on previous customers for potential sales.
• Completing customer surveys to obtain information about potential customers.
Looking for:
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable, flexible, and proactive.
• Creativity and good communication skills, verbally and written.
• High proficiency in Microsoft office applications.
• Work independently.
• Articulate and upbeat telephone presence.
