<p><b style="font-size: 10pt;">Inside Sales Development Representative – (Night Shift) </b></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"> </span></p><p><b style="font-size: 10pt;">Job Summary:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Generating qualified new opportunities in the US Enterprise, Mid-market segment for Cloud (Cloud Native Development, Infra Resale, Managed Services), Data, AI and Security services</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Lead Generation from extensive outbound calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Developing new business opportunities by analyzing strategic enterprise account potential, setting up new appointments, increasing visibility and relationships in the account.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Working closely with territory sales representatives and Rackspace Partners like AWS, Azure, Google etc. on joint business development for the territory.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Maintaining and updating accounts, its progress in CRM, tracking the activities, preparing customized decks, attending sales calls/presentations.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Knowing how to move leads to opportunities through stages and presents a reliable forecast.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management and campaigns, create, and execute plans for business development by generating qualified opportunities.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Will be working in a metrics-driven high-velocity SDR/Business Development environment.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Work cross-functionally with other departments like sales and marketing.</span></p><p><b style="font-size: 10pt;"> </b></p><p><b style="font-size: 10pt;"> </b></p><p><b style="font-size: 10pt;">Desired Skills & Experience:</b></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Must have 4-6 yrs. of experience in Inside sales/business development/appointment generation role for Enterprise/Mid-market accounts with any cloud services.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Excellent communication skills (written & verbal), relationship building ability with senior-level executives for opportunity generation.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Good to have demand generation experience in US market</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Strong listening skills, objection handling, and articulation.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">An ability to take rejections without getting bogged down.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Have an appetite to take on bigger milestones, eager to ask and learn more about cloud services.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Love for teamwork and commitment to building a world-class team.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Empathy and the ability to understand customer needs.
