Position: Talent Equity Specialist (Remote)

About the Role:

General Motors is seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Equity Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Talent Equity Specialist, you will play a crucial role in fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment. Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing strategies to ensure equitable access to opportunities, fair treatment, and advancement for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diversity and Inclusion Advocacy: Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive awareness and cultivate an inclusive workplace culture.
