Call Center Agent - Part-time
Description:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls, delivering efficient and friendly customer service (90% of the role)
- Assist with customer move-ins, move-outs, and payment processing for a self-storage facility
- Provide clear, persuasive information about our storage solutions to potential customers
- Use active listening to resolve customer concerns and provide positive outcomes
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM, documenting all interactions
- Build lasting customer relationships that support business growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of call center experience, with a focus on inbound calls
- Ability to handle high call volumes while providing top-notch service
- Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with diverse customers
- High attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Critical thinking skills with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Availability to work weekends only (Saturday & Sunday)
- Must be available to work within US time zones
