<div><strong>Essential Functions</strong></div>

<li>Answer incoming calls</li>
<li>Assist with and verify patient registration</li>
<li>Connect patients with doctors</li>
<li>Set appointments</li>
<li>Help manage billing</li>
<li>Troubleshoot basic technical issues</li>
<li>Maintain documentation</li>

<div><strong>Because NexRep Marketplace contractors perform services remotely and independently, you’ll need a quiet, dedicated, paperless and cell phone free workspace, along with:</strong></div>

<li>Access to high-speed, hardwired internet (no Wi-Fi or Satellite, please)</li>
<li>A PC with Windows 10 or 11 (Macs and Chromebooks are not supported at this time)</li>
<li>At least 8GB of useable RAM</li>

<li>An Intel Core or Intel Pentium 4 Processor</li>
<li>Up-to-date antivirus software</li>

<div><strong>Where NexRep Contracts</strong></div>
<div>NexRep contracts with people in 31 states. The only states we do not currently contract in are: AR, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, HI, IL, MA, MD, ME, MN, MO, NJ, NY, OR, RI, VT, WA, and WI. We do not currently contract with anyone outside of the US.</p>

<div><strong>Flexible Hours of Operation</strong></div>
<div>As a Teladoc Customer Service Representative, you’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, where you use a self-scheduling platform to select when you work and when you don’t.</p>

<div>Hours of operation are 24/7, giving you complete flexibility to work when it’s best for you. Overnight hours are limited, however, making this an especially great opportunity for someone seeking morning, afternoon, or evening hours.</p>

<div><strong>Pay and Perks</strong></div>
<div>This customer service opportunity pays independent contractors <strong>$12.50 per hour.</strong></p>
</div>
<div>After passing certification and servicing at least 10 hours per week for each of the 4 weeks following certification, you’ll also be eligible for a <strong>$250 certification incentive</strong>.</p>
</div>
<div>Plus, your remote, independent contractor status allows you to work in the comfort of your own home – or anywhere in the US you can meet the office requirements.</p>
