Remote position -(HAWAII residents) Axion Contact is seeking motivated, sharp and well-spoken individuals for multiple Call Center positions. This is an extremely fast paced call center where are Customer Service Representatives are responsible for responding in a timely, professional and courteous manner to all customer inquiries. Responsibilities for Call Center Representatives:<br>Strong Customer Service / Call center / Data Entry Position. Following sets of outlined instructions, processes and procedures in accordance with the department and company policies and quickly adapting to changes and modifications<br>Communicate with patients/medical professionals. Appointment scheduling.
