The Boutique COO is seeking a dedicated Interior Design Virtual Assistant with experience in Studio Designer to join our team. As a small business support company based in the Pacific Northwest, we cater to a diverse clientele that includes creatives, trades companies, and professionals across various sectors. This role is primarily focused on providing operational and administrative support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely, as this position is entirely work-from-home within the United States. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects and tasks that require strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively. You will engage directly with clients, helping them navigate their operational challenges and providing tailored solutions. Your strong written and verbal communication skills will be essential in adapting your communication style to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We value a self-starter attitude and critical thinking skills, as you will often be faced with open-ended problems that require innovative solutions. The position offers a flexible schedule, starting at 15 hours per week, with the potential for growth in both hours and responsibilities. Compensation begins at $20 per hour, with opportunities for performance bonuses that can reach up to $10,000 annually. Requirements
Minimum of an Associate's Degree
