Join FlexCare as a Regional Nurse Practitioner and become a clinical leader supporting patients with complex neurological, rheumatologic, gastroenterological, and immunological conditions.<br><br>The Regional Nurse Practitioner is responsible for the oversight and delivery of safe IV therapy for patients on specialty medications that treat neurological, rheumatologic, gastroenterological, and immunological disorders. This role will be highly involved in creating and implementing best clinical practices for our clinical team, patients, and referral sources. The Regional Nurse Practitioner will oversee clinics across multiple locations. <br><br>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty listed below satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br><br><strong> What You’ll Do<br><br></strong><ul><li> Provides direct patient care in the form of evaluating and documenting patient clinical assessments and IV therapy aligned with company, federal and state policies. </li><li> Prescribes necessary medications and vaccinations as necessary to mitigate acute infusion reactions and/or medication side effects, under the supervision of the infusion center Medical Director. </li><li> Works closely with the leadership in their region and company leadership to meet the key performance metrics for a market </li><li> Collaborates with business leaders to implement new markets and programs </li><li> Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly management reports to monitor and manage care delivery. </li><li> Collaborates with vendors and community organizations for improved service delivery </li><li> Oversees all patient scheduling activities in conjunction with the Patient Care Coordinators/Administrative Assistants/Scheduling Support Specialists and identifies, develops, and implements new scheduling workflows and/or protocols as needed. </li><li> Oversees all clinic-based staffing schedules. </li><li> Maintains routine reporting via EMR to evaluate current clinic statuses. </li><li> Assists with Accreditation Policy education and implementation. </li><li> Maintains supply and drug inventory of “Buy &amp; Bill” and Specialty Pharmacy (SP) inventory to effectively support daily operations. </li><li> Oversees and manages drug inventory storage per manufacturer requirements, including management of storage controls and any out-of-range remediation/remediation coverage. </li><li> Oversees and audits order entry into the patients' EMR. </li><li> Oversees and evaluates infusion nursing services and the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure coordination and follow-through in care delivery. </li><li> Serve as a clinical resource for clinical staff and referral sources. </li><li> Assists in the selection, orientation, and ongoing training of clinical staff, inclusive of other Nurse Practitioners, infusion RNs, LPNs, and clinical admins. </li><li> Manage employees through establishing performance goals, allocating resources, and maintaining an appropriate staffing ratio for the AIC. </li><li> Participates in Quality Assurance activities as directed by the Director of Clinical Services. </li><li> Ensures that departmental staff inclusive of other NP’s, infusion RN’s and clinical admins, complete orientation, maintain clinical competence, and participate in continuing education, as required and as needed to provide safe and professional services to our patients. </li><li> Ensures that all patient related documentation, and clinical reports are accurately completed, submitted and/or filed in a timely manner, according to internal and external regulatory requirements and in support of the billing process </li><li> Assists the Director of Clinical Services in ensuring compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery by monitoring onsite clinical operations and initiating changes where required. </li><li> Participates in planning, decision making, and implementation of office activities that affect the clinical nursing team. </li><li> Other job duties as assigned <br><br></li></ul><strong>Competency Statements<br><br></strong><ul><li> Clinical Leadership: Demonstrates the ability to lead and support nurse practitioners and clinical staff across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to medical standards. </li><li> Team Development: Provides mentorship, coaching, and professional development opportunities for nurse practitioners and clinical teams to enhance their skills and career growth. </li><li> Communication &amp; Collaboration: Effectively communicate with interdisciplinary teams, administrators, and external stakeholders to align clinical operations with organizational goals. </li><li> Regulatory Compliance: Maintains a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, ensuring all clinics operate within legal and ethical guidelines. </li><li> Regulatory Compliance: Maintains a thorough understanding of federal, state, and local healthcare regulations, ensuring all clinics operate within legal and ethical guidelines. <br><br></li></ul>Position Type and Expected Hours of Work<br><br>This is a full-time position with typical working hours of Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Hours and work shifts may change in accordance with business needs. Exempt employees must have the ability to be on-call and available, as business needs require.<br><br><strong> Education<br><br></strong>Ma ster's degree from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program with current certification in the state of employment<br><br><strong> Experience<br><br></strong>Experience in management of patients on specialty medications and in management of nursing staff.<br><br>Candidate must hold an active RN/NP license in at least one of the following states: <strong>Colorado, Arizona, or Washington</strong>.
