About the position
Pandora Jewelry, in collaboration with Inktel Contact Center Solutions, is seeking independent contractors for the role of Call Center Support Specialist. This remote, seasonal position involves providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be passionate about jewelry, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be able to work from home effectively while managing customer inquiries and issues.
- Responsibilities
- Provide world-class customer service and achieve first-call resolution. ,
- Communicate proactively and professionally with customers across multiple channels. ,
- De-escalate customer issues and explore options to satisfy their needs. ,
- Identify root causes of inquiries through probing questions. ,
- Respond to pricing, product inquiries, order status, tracking inquiries, and order cancellations. ,
- Handle account and billing issues, upselling, troubleshooting, fraud orders, and returns based on training guidelines. ,
- Act as a brand ambassador by promoting current offers and the Pandora Club. ,
- Share product knowledge and craftsmanship details with customers. ,
- Make customers feel valued and respected.
- Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required. ,
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call center environments. ,
- At least 1 year of call center experience is required. ,
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. ,
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude. ,
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously. ,
- Computer knowledge and tech-savviness are essential.
