Customer Service Representative – Night Shift (Remote) Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 p.m. – 6:30 a.m. CST Location: Remote - Must live within 35 miles of Kaukauna, WI so that you have the ability to train in office. Industry: Trucking & Logistics System Experience Preferred: TruckMate About the Role: We’re looking for a detail-oriented, calm-under-pressure Customer Service Representative to join our 3rd shift team. This fully remote position plays a critical role in scheduling, assigning, and monitoring loads to ensure top-notch customer service and driver support during overnight operations.
