Human Resources Talent Development Intern- Farmington Hills

Support Bosch's HR team in talent development and training programs in a dynamic environment.

Your Role:

    Key responsibilities include:
  • Support North American regional corporate HR team in Talent Development, Learning, and Training.
  • Participate in strategic projects and operational responsibilities to enhance associate engagement and organizational growth.
  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing talent development and training programs.
  • Participate in talent development information events.
  • Manage content updates and marketing for talent development platforms.
  • Collect, curate, and deploy content for learning program initiatives.
  • Prepare regional talent review meetings.
  • Assist in onboarding training vendors and creating marketing materials.
  • Create and enhance PowerBI dashboards for HR data visualization.
  • Perform other day-to-day duties and projects as needed.

About You:

    The ideal candidate will have:
  • Enrollment in an accredited university pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Minimum sophomore level standing with a 3.0 GPA.
  • Experience in at least one project with documented deliverables.
  • Ability to work onsite in Farmington Hills, MI, three days a week.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week during summer.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
  • Team-oriented mindset and self-starter attitude.
  • Commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Creative mindset and knowledge in data analytics is a plus.
