Position Summary
Globe Life is a leading insurance and supplemental benefits provider. In this Customer Service Representative position, you will provide our clients with quality service and expertise after completing your 4-week training once you are finished onboarding. We are currently looking for highly driven individuals with good communication skills to fulfill the duties of this position from the comfort of your home!

- Job Duties:
- Inbound and Outbound Calling
- Scheduling Appointments with Clients who Request Our Services
- Providing Top-Tier Customer Support Regarding Insurance Packages over Zoom Video Call
- Report Daily Production Numbers
- Attend Group Training Classes
- Maintain Long-Term Relationships with Active Clients
