Job DutiesJob Duties for this Temporary Fixed-Term Position for the Fall 2025 Semester will include teaching classes for the Theatre for Young Audiences and Educational Theatre Programs, mentoring student interns and supervising them on-site in NC public schools.East Carolina University is accredited by the National Association of Schools of Theatre.This position is contingent upon available funding.
Minimum Education/ExperienceMinimum Qualification (candidates must have):
- Terminal degree (MFA or equivalent) or equivalent experience in Theatre Education.
- Currently hold, or be eligible to hold, a NC Licensure in Theatre Arts Education upon the date of employment.
Preferred Experience, Skills, Training/EducationPreferred experience with edTPA preparation, public school teaching and student intern supervision.
License or Certification Required by the Department
