Location: University Circle - Cleveland, OH (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $23-$25/hour

Start Date: ASAP

Type: Contract with potential for permanent hire (based on performance)

Travel: Occasional travel to 2 additional local locationsPosition OverviewWe are seeking a reliable and proactive IT Support Analyst to join a supportive team environment providing both resident-facing and internal staff technical support. This is a hands-on, customer-focused role involving a mix of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting in a senior living environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 IT support for staff and residents (internet, phones, TV remote controls, laptops, etc.)Respond to Help Desk tickets using ZendeskTroubleshoot hardware/software/network/telecom issuesSupport A/V needs for meetings and presentationsTrain staff and residents on basic technology useAssist with technology setup during resident movesMaintain clear documentation and training materialsResearch and recommend new technologiesServe as part of an on-call rotation for technical supportEnsure safe, respectful, and HIPAA-compliant IT practicesQualificationsAssociate's Degree or equivalent experience in IT supportExperience supporting Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking/telecom environmentsAbility to troubleshoot streaming services (DirecTV, Netflix)Familiarity with smart home technologies (Alexa, Sonos) a plusExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to explain tech concepts to non-technical usersValid Ohio driver's licensePhysical ability to lift/move equipment up to 50 lbs Ready to join a meaningful mission with a tech-forward team?
