Our most successful employees are motivated self-starters who are team players who exhibit effective communication skills, strong time management skills, and a positive attitude.Some of the things you will be doing:

• Providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients

• Use problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues

• Processing and handling incoming customer inquiry calls

• Data entry of client information

• Accurate documentation of collection activities

• Emailing statements to clients

• Educating customers on our services

• Meet monthly targets

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Experience in providing excellent customer service

• A passion for finance

• Active listening skills

• Confidence on the phone

• Excellent problem-solving skills

• Strong attention to detail is a must

• Tact and diplomacy in dealing with both customers and co-workers
