Mission Systems/Integration & Test Engineer Sr
This role is based out of Owego, NY
The position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret clearance is required. - Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of experience or 3 years professional experience with a related Master's Degree.
 - System Verification, integration & Test - test documentation and conduct, troubleshooting hardware/software
 - Experience with Mission System architectures, avionics, and sensor subsystems.
 - Experience with the design, integration and test of avionics systems and software operational programs.
 - Experience with cross-functional teams (Hardware, software, Integration/Test)
 - Requirements development and System Design - DOORS, ICD/IRD/IDD.
 - Experience with Agile practices
 - Ability to obtain DOD security clearance
 
- Familiarity with technologies for Electronic Warfare, and Radar, and Link-16 subsystems and the development and integration into an avionics architecture.
 - Experience building strong customer relationships
 - Strong Systems Engineering Background
 - Strong communication skills, able to translate technical strategies and challenges into verbal and visual presentations to be shared with senior management and senior customers contacts
 - Experience with JIRA/Confluence
 - Expertise in government communication systems, and mission management/mission planning
 - Current active secret security clearance
