The Analyst serves as the technical Health Informatics and Technology (HIT) subject matter expert for the clinical applications. The Analyst manages projects and programs in assigned area (Providers, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, and/or Laboratory/Radiology) and assists with more complex projects. The Analyst maintains and provides technical support for assigned clinical applications. The Analyst is a liaison to the care delivery teams and develops, implements, and effectively uses clinical technologies to enhance patient care. They collaborate to positively impact patient safety and care quality.The incumbent should have previous Radiology experience and must be local to the KC Metro. - Bachelor's Degree preferred and 3-5 years' experience. Clinical experience, health informatics, Information Systems, or Information Technology experience OR
- Associate's Degree and 5-7 years' experience. Clinical experience, health informatics, Information Systems, or Information Technology experience
- High School diploma or equivalent and 7 or more years experience Clinical experience, health informatics, Information Systems, or Information Technology experience
- Radiology-specific EPIC RADIANT At least one application-specific Epic certification relevant to the department (determined by role leadership) Required within 120 days of hire. Must complete Epic certification training if not already Epic certified in the most recent version of the Epic
