The Online Sales Specialist position will primarily be responsible for qualifying and managing leads that inquire about PulteGroup New Home Communities that present themselves through inbound online inquiry, inbound phone calls and/or inbound texting. Act as liaison between online leads and community sales teams.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESConsumer and Realtor Experience:
- Respond to all email, phone, and text leads with a sense of expediency while remaining customer focused and personable.
- Provide information and marketing material to leads, along with other important selling points of each community.
- Qualify each lead based on stated needs and determine best community and/or floor plan fit via strong understanding of all current and future communities.
- Provide consistent follow-up to online lead with the goal setting an appointment with the Onsite Sales Consultants, including outbound calling and prospecting.
- Maintain relationships with realtor partners through monthly follow up.
- Utilize multiple lead management software systems daily including:
- Utilize and update internal OSSCR tool (Online Sales Specialist Community Resource) with relevant community details.
- Track and report relevant lead activity as it relates to appointments, sales and closings.
- Provide additional communication to leadership as the voice of the customer for trends, requests, and response to marketing.
- Assist in the daily administration of routine sales administration activities (e.g., filing, scanning, mailing, typing, scheduling).
- Create Job Initiation Orders (JIO) and Change Orders (CO) for Spec Homes.
- Coordinate sales staff meetings, lunches, and events.
- Assist with marketing vendor questions, review proofs for accuracy, and help coordinate installations/deliveries of signage and or collateral.
- Provide accurate assistance/direction to Sales Consultants, PMC, and Senior Closing Coordinator.
- Learn knowledge of local markets, competition, real estate laws/rules, public opinion, local and national trends, and governmental regulations related to home buying.
- Assist with the daily oversight of the Vancouver office operations (keycards, maintenance requests, office assignments, decorations, etc.).
- Manage supply orders including light refreshments and snacks for the Vancouver office.
- Coordinate catering for meetings or events held at the Vancouver office.
- Assist Operations Team on special assignments as needed.

- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
- Washington and Oregon Real Estate License.
- Related Functional Experience: Minimum 2 years professional experience in a Sales or Marketing role.
- Proven email and phone communication skills.
- Sales contact / lead management database experience.
- Experience in new home construction industry is a plus.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Maintain focus while working in an unstructured environment with nominal supervision.
- Ability to multi-task and pivot as needed.
- Effective time management skills.
- Must be able to learn and follow a proven sales process.
- Ability to work cross functionally across departments to provide answers to customer inquiries.
- Independent self-starter with ability to effectively work with numerous teams across the Division.
