ServiceNow Presales Solutions Consultant
- Open to remote candidates
 - Occasional travel to client sites and for team meetings as required
 
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer requirements and tailor solutions that leverage our ServiceNow enterprise products to meet these needs.
 - Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions.
 - Engage with customers to understand their business processes and challenges, proposing solutions that enhance their operations through the capabilities of ServiceNow.
 - Develop technical proposals and presentations that clearly communicate the value proposition and technical advantages of our solutions.
 - Lead the technical aspect of the sales process, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns related to our ServiceNow products.
 - Facilitate Proof of Concept (PoC) implementations, showcasing the effectiveness and efficiency of our solutions in a real-world setting.
 - Act as a liaison between the sales and product development teams, providing insights from the field to help guide product enhancements and innovations.
 - Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends, ensuring our solutions remain competitive and relevant.
 - Support marketing efforts by participating in trade shows, webinars, and other promotional activities.
 
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
 - 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineer role, ideally with a focus on ServiceNow or similar enterprise platform solutions.
 - In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its capabilities, configurations, and integrations.
 - Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a consultative approach to solution selling.
 - Experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or Enterprise Service Management (ESM) is highly desirable.
 - ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) are a plus.
 
- Proficient in delivering compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
 - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
 - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
 - Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
 - Willingness to travel as needed to support sales and marketing activities.
