Lead Analyst, People Analytics
- Description:
- Security Administration
- Define and maintain security groups, domains, and business process security policies.
- Conduct regular audits of user access and security configurations to ensure compliance with ITGC and internal controls.
- Support quarterly privileged access reviews and coordinate with IT Security and HR stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to resolve access issues and implement security best practices.
- Reporting and Analytics
- Develop, test, and maintain custom and standard Workday reports.
- Provide real-time insights into user access, organizational data, and compliance metrics.
- Support internal audits and data requests by generating evidence and documentation.
- Create interactive broadly sourced Power BI Dashboards
- Collaboration and Support
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and other cross functional teams to understand reporting needs and security requirements.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change management processes.
- Train and support end-users on Workday reporting tools and security protocols.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree; Four (4) years additional professional experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
- Six (6) + years of prior relevant experience
- 5+ years of related experience in project implementations, business analysis, process design and managing customers
- 5+ years of experience managing Workday security.
- 3+ years of experience using Workday reporting
- Experience with large-scale data management, data structures, and data schemas (i.e., relational database structures)
- Knowledge of data visualization principles and experience conveying data
- Knowledge of industry trends with the ability to anticipate and evaluate their potential impact on the organization
- Broad knowledge of predictive analytic techniques and statistical diagnostics of models
- Communication, team building and client service experience
- Knowledge of HR business process fundamentals
