Lead Analyst, People Analytics

Description: • Security Administration • Define and maintain security groups, domains, and business process security policies. • Conduct regular audits of user access and security configurations to ensure compliance with ITGC and internal controls. • Support quarterly privileged access reviews and coordinate with IT Security and HR stakeholders. • Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to resolve access issues and implement security best practices. • Reporting and Analytics • Develop, test, and maintain custom and standard Workday reports. • Provide real-time insights into user access, organizational data, and compliance metrics. • Support internal audits and data requests by generating evidence and documentation. • Create interactive broadly sourced Power BI Dashboards • Collaboration and Support • Partner with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and other cross functional teams to understand reporting needs and security requirements. • Participate in system upgrades, testing, and change management processes. • Train and support end-users on Workday reporting tools and security protocols.
