Project Period:
October to December (3 months)
Compensation:
Annotator: $41 per valid audio hour
Quality Assurance (QA): $30 per valid audio hour
Career Progression:
Annotator > Quality Inspector > Supervisor (limited positions available) Key Responsibilities: As an Annotator: Â Carefully transcribe audio according to guidelines and submit your work. Â Collaborate on modifications based on quality feedback. As a Quality Inspector (QA): Â Evaluate and enhance the quality of annotations. Â Provide constructive feedback to annotators for improvement. Â Return low-level errors to annotators for correction without extended assistance. As a Supervisor: Â Receive additional compensation for management responsibilities. Â Train new team members on platform operations and procedures. Â Answer questions and provide guidance, leading regular review meetings. Â Monitor and assess team quality, selecting newly qualified annotators and inspectors. Â Assist the Project Manager in managing team dynamics, including notifications, data conditions, and feedback. What We Need: Â Native speaker of Bashkir. Â Experience in transcription. Â Strong reading comprehension skills in English. Â Ability to commit 3-4 hours of work per day.
