We are committed to providing timely, high quality, product neutral retirement education so that all district employees (classified, certificated, confidential, and administrative) can make informed decisions regarding their retirement.Responsibilities: Â Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into the company's database. Â Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness. Â Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring all information is current and correct. Â Generate and distribute reports as required by management. Â Ensure all data processing activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Â Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies. Â Maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities.
Requirements: Â High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management or related fields are a plus. Â Previous experience in data entry or data processing preferred. Â Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; familiarity with database management systems. Â High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Â Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Â Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity.
