A-Line is now hiring a Fully Remote Grievance and Appeals Coordinator in Woodland Hills, CA. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week

Grievance And Appeals Coordinator Compensation
 The pay for this position is $22.00 per hour
 Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
 A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
Grievance and Appeals Coordinator Highlights
 Hours are M-F anywhere between 8am-6pm. Occasional Saturdays needed for overtime.
 Training schedule is M-F 8am-5pm.
Grievance And Appeals Coordinator Responsibilities
 Engage with members to address inquiries and provide information on benefit plans.
 Document interactions accurately and thoroughly to ensure compliance and record-keeping.
 Conduct research utilizing various materials and navigate multiple systems for information.
 Reach out to providers and members to gather necessary information and resolve issues.
 Able to write formal letter recaps  must be accurate and well written
 Communicate effectively with internal and external parties to facilitate case resolution.
 Formulate clear and concise written responses to member inquiries, demonstrating strong writing skills.
 Manage and prioritize a diverse caseload, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously.
 Adhere to deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards in all documentation and communication.
 Demonstrate exceptional time management skills to navigate the dynamic and fast-paced nature of the position.
Grievance And Appeals Coordinator Requirements
 Need strong candidates who have critical thinking skills and writing skills
 Analytical and Research savvy
 Strong organization and able to multi-task
 Microsoft office skills
 High School Diploma or GED
 Grievance and Appeals experience
Grievance And Appeals Coordinator Preferred
 Associates Degree
