Head of Sales and/or Co-Founder (B2B SaaS/agency services) Location: Remote (US-based only, travel required... Shape the Future of B2B Sales i1x is a venture studio that builds capital-efficient B2B companies focused on tech and professional services. We're seeking an exceptional sales leader to drive growth across our portfolio of SaaS products and agency services, with the opportunity to become a co-founder. The Role: Lead sales strategy and execution across multiple B2B ventures, with significant ownership opportunities in the ones you scale. This isn't just a sales roleit's a chance to co-build multiple companies from scratch while leveraging our European innovation advantage. What You'll Do:  Design and execute sales strategies for B2B offerings ranging from $500-$50,000+  Build and manage multiple sales pipelines using a data-driven approach  Develop partnerships with key stakeholders across North American markets  Shape service offerings based on market feedback  Scale successful initiatives across our portfolio companies  Regular travel to key markets (approximately 25%) What We're Looking For:  Proven track record selling B2B solutions ($750K+ annual revenue)  Experience building sales processes from scratch  Strong understanding of US B2B markets  Ability to sell both productized services and custom solutions  Native-level American English communication skills  Independent mindset with excellent remote collaboration abilities Must-Have Traits:  Owner's mindset: You build like a founder, not just a sales leader  Capital efficiency: You achieve results with limited resources  Learning agility: You can sell various B2B solutions effectively  Data-driven: You make decisions based on metrics, not just intuition  Remote-first: You excel at virtual relationship building What We Offer:  Significant equity in the ventures you help scale (3-15%)  Performance-based compensation structure  Autonomy to build and lead your own sales function  Access to our network of B2B founders and investors  Opportunity to co-found new ventures  Full remote flexibility with US travel requirements Our Ideal Candidate Has:  5+ years in B2B sales (SaaS or professional services)  Experience in both direct sales and team building  Track record of exceeding targets consistently  Strong understanding of sales tools and automation  Experience selling across multiple US regions Interview Process:  Initial application review  Brief video submission  Sales strategy presentation  Team fit conversations  Final discussions and offer Ready to Build Multiple Success Stories?
