Assist customers with booking flights, managing reservations, and providing travel information.
Handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
Process changes to reservations and tickets accurately.
Provide support and guidance to customers regarding Delta Airlines policies and procedures.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong customer service orientation with a desire to help others.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work.
