  • * Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.
  • * Minimum of 3 years bartending experience, including work in an airport lounge or casual dine restaurant.
  • * Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, along with the ability to stay updated on new beverage trends.
  • * Demonstrated tact and discretion in interactions with premium clientele.
  • * Ability to maintain a polished appearance aligned with service standards for our valued customers.
  • * Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing demeanor while interacting with customers and coworkers.
  • * Physical capability to lift/move up to 40 pounds, walk, bend, twist, and stand during normal job functions.
  • * Comfortable with frequent hand immersion in water and chemical solutions.
  • Responsibilities:
    As an Admirals Club Bar Steward, you will:
  • * Take orders, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests at the bar and dining areas.
  • * Coordinate and maintain the orderly appearance of all lounge spaces.
  • * Provide support for all lounge services, including refreshments, furniture arrangement, and meal services.
  • * Dispense and serve beverage refreshments to guests in the bar and lounge areas.
  • * Prepare signature cocktails, dispense wines, and champagnes from a specified wine list.
  • * Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the bar area and utensils for a clean, sanitized, and well-stocked bar.
  • * Set up the bar for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service to established standards.
  • * Operate the register, delivering all sales amounts and complimentary drink coupons to the Airline Representative.
  • * Assist customers with information and special needs as directed by the Airline Representative and HMSHost.
  • * Receive, verify, and stock deliveries against invoices.
  • * Follow alcohol awareness procedures to prevent intoxication and handle intoxicated guests.
  • * Adhere to all HMSHost and airline customer service, adult beverage, and cash handling policies and procedures.
  • * Ensure a positive guest experience, resolving customer complaints in a manner consistent with policy and customer satisfaction.
