Responsibilities
The Client Service Analyst is part of the Client Service Team which provides customer service to multiple customers by troubleshooting issues and providing solutions. You will assist in supporting solutions that integrate with business applications such as ERP and CRM. You will be required to stay up to date on current technologies through continuing education, certification, and self-study.
- Prior Work Experience/Education
- Experience troubleshooting technical problems
- Experience in Microsoft Ecosystems (Windows/Server/Office)
- Excels in a team environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Software technical support or call service experience a plus
- ECM or Content Management Software experience a plus
- OnBase experience a plus
- Knowledge of .NET Framework (C#,ASP.NET) is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Visual Studios, Microsoft SQL Server and llS is a plus
