 Job Summary*As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
 Duties*
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, and email
- Provide information about products and services
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction  Qualifications*
- Must reside / be located in the United States
- Windows PC I5 CPU or better with 8GB RAM or more
- Internet speeds greater than 50MB per second hard wired connection
- Requires USB headset
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers
- Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address customer... issues promptly
- Ability to handle credit card transactions accurately if required
- Knowledge of sales techniques is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 Â 40 per week
