Key Responsibilities
• Manage a diverse range of customer inquiries through online chat channels.
• Deliver accurate and timely information regarding our products and services.
• Assist customers in scheduling appointments based on their needs.
• Continuously develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of our evolving offerings.
• Capture and record customer contact information for lead generation and follow-up.
• Summarize customer interactions for review by clients to optimize service delivery.

Required Skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic knowledge of internet navigation and Windows-based computer applications.

• Fast typing skills, with a minimum requirement of 35 WPM preferred at 40 WPM.

Qualifications
