Job Summary:Penske is seeking to join our team. In this role, you'll utilize cutting-edge technology and repair techniques to perform minor and major truck and trailer collision repairs. You'll work with a supportive team and have access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities: Â Perform truck collision repair and maintenance services, including cab/sheet metal repair, welding/fabricating, suspension repair/alignment, and surface preparation. Â Identify necessary parts for repair and document warrantable repairs on repair orders. Â Maintain a safe and organized work area and perform road tests on vehicles when necessary. Â Complete duties efficiently and with minimal supervision, adhering to safety and maintenance policies. Â Other tasks and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Experience:
 3-6 years of practical experience in truck and trailer repair or an equivalent combination of related education and experience.
 High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational/technical school preferred.
 Proficiency in using welding equipment, paint equipment, shop machines, and power tools.
 Valid driverÂs license and basic computer skills required.
 Ability to adhere to specific instructions, guidelines, and safety regulations.
 Willingness to travel as necessary and complete background checks and drug screenings.
