Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding benefit-related questions and concerns • Assist customers in understanding and navigating their benefit plans • Provide accurate information and explanations about available benefits and coverage options • Maintain and update customer records and information in a timely manner • Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and efficient manner • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and support

Requirements

Requirements: • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in a benefits or insurance-related role • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment • Proficient in using computer systems and software • Attention to detail and accuracy in customer interactions and record-keeping
