Qualifications: Â High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred). Â Minimum of 1 year of customer service or call center experience preferred. Â Excellent communication and active listening skills. Â Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Â Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Â Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.
