Manage and organize the inbox, responding to client queries through emails. Process loan application forms and verify data accuracy. Verify KYC documents and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Conduct online forms processing accurately and efficiently. Liason with clients and supervise the team to meet client deliverables. Resolve client queries effectively. Prepare timely management information system (MIS) reports. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate for the position of Data Entry / Back Office Executive should possess the following qualifications and skills: Requirements and Qualifications: Proficient in computer operations, back office functions, and internet browsing. Ability to read and write English effectively. Strong analytical and logical thought process. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
