Description:
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Chewy, you will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, orders, and product information via phone, email, and chat. In addition, you will work closely with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
1. High school diploma or equivalent
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Strong computer skills
