Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer support, help desk, or a related field. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Proficiency in using customer support software (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, HubSpot). • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting. • A positive attitude and a customer-first mindset. • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if needed.

Preferred Skills:
• Experience in e-commerce, SaaS, or tech support.
• Multilingual abilities (a plus).
• Familiarity with troubleshooting basic technical issues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $20.00 - $35.00/hour.
