Responsibilities: • This is a commission based sales position. A 5% raise in commission is attainable every two months based on production • Agents will call clients, qualify, and set up the appointments to meet with them over the phone or through zoom and help them apply for an insurance policy. • Must hold a Life insurance license or be willing to obtain with help from Symmetry • Access to the internet and zoom capabilities Compensation: We provide training, support, and mentorship. Warm leads are available-no cold calls. Online training, events, plus one-on-one mentorship is available. The average commission is around $500-600 per application. Full-time agents write about 5 or more applications per week. • Part-Time agents make approximately $30k-$60K+ in their first year • Full-Time agents make approximately $80K-$190K+ in their first year • Agency Owners (who have been working for a few years), who are consistently promoted every 2 to 3 months, generate a passive income of $200k-$500K + a year Results vary based on attitude, effort, and skillAwards: • Top Company Cultures, Entrepreneur Magazine, 2017 & 2018 • Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies in America, Inc.
