Job OverviewWe are in search of an experienced and proactive Tax Senior to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. Key Responsibilities
 Lead intricate partnership tax engagements by preparing and reviewing partnership tax returns, including projections and strategic planning.
 Provide authoritative tax advice, delivering innovative solutions and insights on a variety of tax-related issues.
 Manage an array of projects, ensuring effective prioritization and adherence to deadlines in client engagements.
 Stay informed on the latest developments in tax laws and regulations through thorough research and analysis.
 Mentor and cultivate junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
 Establish and maintain robust client relationships through exceptional service delivery.
Required Skills
 Over 5 years of progressive experience in public accounting, with a concentrated focus on partnership tax.
 Comprehensive understanding of federal and state partnership tax laws and regulations.
 Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
 Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
 Proficiency in various tax software and technological tools.
Qualifications
 A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent field is required. A master's degree or CPA certification is preferred.
