Skills  Passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities  Ability to apply ABA principles in a fun and engaging manner  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Proficiency in using technology for documentation and administrative tasks  Reliability and flexibility to work evenings and after-school hours Responsibilities  Implement individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans  Collect and record data in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system  Support families and caregivers in implementing new skills  Foster a nurturing and fun learning environment for clients  Uphold ATSÂs mission, vision, values, and beliefs Qualifications  Professional experience working with children or individuals with disabilities  Educational experience in related fields such as Psychology, Special Education, or Social Work  Proof of high school diploma or transcripts and must be at least 18 years old  Valid driverÂs license with proof of car insurance and reliable vehicle  Ability to start part-time and grow into a full caseload Education Requirements  High school diploma or equivalent Education Requirements Credential Category  High school diploma or transcripts Experience Requirements  Experience working with children, ideally in educational or caregiving settings Why work in Owings Mills, MD?
