We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Bookkeeper to assist with administrative duties and manage bookkeeping tasks for our diverse clientele.
Key Responsibilities: Â Perform bookkeeping and accounting duties using QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop platforms. Â Process payroll using ADP, Gusto, and QuickBooks payroll systems, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Â Assist in preparing financial statements, bank reconciliations, and various tax filings.
Necessary Skills:
 Proven bookkeeping experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong focus on Excel and Word.
 Demonstrated expertise in leveraging technology for a paperless work environment.
 Understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
Qualifications: Â Degree in Accounting, Business, Operations Management, or a related field. Â At least 4 years of experience in bookkeeping in a prior accounting firm, with a solid understanding of accounting principles. Â Minimum 4 years of experience with QuickBooks and general accounting practices.
