    What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits and HR support
  • Manage casework effectively, ensuring timely responses and resolution of employee issues
  • Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to navigate complex benefit inquiries
  • Collaborate with partner teams to improve processes and resolve cross-functional issues
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communication throughout the benefits process
    What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Benefits or Human Resources, preferably in a contact center or shared service environment
  • Strong customer service focus with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to understand benefit terms and programs
  • Proven organizational and time management skills
  • Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
    How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Bilingual in Spanish (a plus but not required)
  • Experience in rapidly changing work environments
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive situations with care and empathy
  • Familiarity with HR shared services and benefits administration
