As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through chat communication...Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat communication.2. Assist customers with insurance-related questions and provide guidance on policies and coverage.3. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.4. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and excellent customer service.5.
