What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
• Supervise coordinators to manage production with internal teams
• Oversee production workflow and procedures to meet quality and efficiency standards
• Communicate consistently across all teams, identifying and escalating risks to the leadership team
• Collaborate with marketing managers to ensure final products meet quality standards
• Build and maintain process documentation, ensuring quality controls are in place

What Is Required (Qualifications)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
• At least 3 years of experience in marketing production, direct mail, or project management
• Proven experience as a change agent, adapting and impacting change effectively
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience using technology for efficiency
