Essential Functions: ÂManages and drives Central Selling Supervisor team performance (real-time and historical) to identify and address team performance needs; provides regular feedback and development opportunities to direct reports; conducting performance management for direct reports. ÂConducts forecasting and analysis of day to day operations by Central Selling Team to establish recruiting... and hiring needs for long term production. ÂLeads our Central Selling programs within an assigned Region to ensure the achievement of sales, margin, close rate and profitability goals. ÂManages own work stream to meet customer and business needs by translating business plans into tactical action items; communicating goals and objectives; overseeing work assignments; aligning team efforts ÂAccountable for measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities: assuming responsibility for decision making. ÂEffectively motivates and engages employees while creating an environment that celebrates team success, seeking feedback and creating recognition programs ÂProvides feedback to Central Selling Director regarding process, department opportunities with recommendations to solve ÂLeads implementation strategies for new capabilities as assigned by the Director ÂEstablishes feedback loops for Central Selling, Stores and Provider Leadership Teams ÂWorks cross functionally with key stakeholders to deliver Central Selling departmental objectives. ÂHires, coaches and develops district-level leaders, providing meaningful development opportunities for individuals in preparation for succession planning ÂMonitors Lowe's and industry trends to identify and present opportunities for business improvement and/or growth ÂEnsures plans are in place for hiring, training and developing the talent necessary to achieve region-level objectives ÂCollaborates with region leaders (ie: RVP, RDIS, SIM) and their teams to ensure Central Selling initiatives are supported as needed. ÂParticipates actively in regular (i.e., weekly, quarterly) staff meetings and planning initiatives with regional leadership team to ensure the unique needs and offerings of the Central Selling business are being considered and integrated into the overall business. Minimum Requirements: ÂBachelor's Degree  Business Administration or related field & 5-7 years leadership experience with direct and indirect report responsibility Â4 years' experience in a management position in a retail environment or Contact Center Â3 years' experience executing multiple programs Â3 years' experience working across departments Preferences: ÂMaster's Degree - Business Administration or related field & 8-10 years leadership experience with direct and indirect responsibility with large teams Â5 years' experience working closely with leadership (Manager and above) Pay Range: $95,500.00 - $159,200.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
